How it all started

The 60 sq. meter apartment is situated just a couple hundred meters from Pärnu coastline. The interior architecture and design work by Priit Põldme and Reet Sepp from Joonprojekt involved a total rework of a once-started renovation.
You could say the apartment has been designed down to the centimeter - from maximizing storage space in the kichen and living room cabinetry to using folding armchairs and sofa to provide sleeping space for up to 4 people, without ever giving way to an impression of design choices being compromised.
